DAVID ZINI

For David Zini, closing the door on a long career in the mining industry in northern Minnesota allowed a new door to open.  Having little previous writing experience, but long a fan of mystery/thriller novels, David aspired to write a novel of his own.  He determined to focus on creating a unique brand for his writing, both in content and in the characters he creates.  David's premise to center his novels around real-life events are meant to draw the reader into the story and go along for the ride.  Out of that foundation came his first novel, Waterfall.
Positive feedback from Waterfall encouraged David to continue onto a second novel.  With experiences learned in hand, writing Circus Acts turned out to be way more fun than work.  He encourages anyone who has the itch to write a book--novel, memoir, or whatever--to go ahead and put fingers to the keyboard or pen to paper.  "You don't have to be polished, just start writing!"
